Cancellation Policy

Scope of Work We 3 Bio Clean will provide general or deep cleaning services as discussed with the client. This may include: Surface sanitization (kitchen, bathroom, etc.) Floor sweeping/mopping/vacuuming Trash removal Appliance exterior wipe-down (interior only if authorized) Dusting baseboards, vents, fans, etc. Photo Documentation We take before and after photos of all areas cleaned for: Documentation of completed work Quality control Future reference for follow-up cleans Marketing or social media use Photos used for marketing will not include any personally identifying information. If you wish to opt out of photo use for marketing, please check here: ☐ (Opt-outs must also be submitted in writing.) Material Disclaimer: All materials and cleaning agents are priced per job and issued as needed. Any specialty products must be supplied by the client or pre-approved. Tool Disposal: Any tools used for biohazardous cleanup (including contact with human/pet urine, feces, vomit, etc.) will be disposed of after use per safety guidelines. Damage Waiver: We 3 Bio Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage, discoloration, or defects to surfaces or materials. We are not responsible for damage to items not disclosed to us as sensitive or restricted. Any hazardous or delicate items should be moved or secured prior to cleaning. 24-Hour Cancellation & Property Access Policy We understand that unexpected situations arise. However, to respect our team’s time and scheduling, We 3 Bio Clean requires a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. No-shows (when our team arrives and is unable to access the property or begin work) will be treated as a same-day cancellation. Deposits may be applied to a rescheduled service if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance. By booking with We 3 Bio Clean, you agree to grant our team safe and reasonable access to your property for the purpose of providing cleaning services at the scheduled time. This policy ensures fairness to both our clients and our staff, allowing us to provide reliable and professional service to everyone we serve. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
